Ancor Sosa demonstrates the forward rotation during a frontflip

Ancor Sosa lands a front flip at the GWA event on Fuerteventura. Just a few years ago, this jump alone was a major move, but in World Cup heats, it’s now only seen in combination with other spins.

But that doesn’t matter for our riding technique section - we’re excited to show you the jump here in super slow motion. This gives you the chance to follow the sequence of movements exactly so you can work on it yourself, because outside of the World Cup, the frontflip is still a killer move.
