Heineken Jibe

Pull the wing through the turn

The heineken jibe in slow motion. From this angle, you can clearly see how the wing is lifted to windward after initiating the jibe and then pulled around the turn with an outstretched arm.

The high speed when riding out of the wind reduces the force of the actual wind, and the wing flies through the jibe, carried by the airflow.
