Switch Stance Jibe one-handed

Foiling a jibe completely one-handed

If you have mastered one-handed foiling and also the jibe, then both can be combined relatively easily. Simply ride one-handed into the jibe (shown here in switch stance), then switch hands in the middle and simply continue foiling one-handed.

This video provides an example for the completely one-handed foiled jibe in switch stance.
