Switch Stance Jibe - one-handed

The one-handed jibe in switch stance riding position

In one of our previous riding technique videos, we showed you how to jibe with a flat wing position, where the wing is held as neutrally as possible (like an umbrella = umbrella position) above your head.

This also works with one hand and on a toeside (switch) foiled leg. You can see the sequence of movements for the one-handed switch stance jibe in the video above.
