The basic tack for wing foiling

A slow motion video of the normal tack when wing foiling (heel to toe). As always with our riding technique videos, prepared for both riding directions.

The key points: Initiate the turn, guide the wing with the front hand past the front of the head to the inside of the turn, turn the body in, grip around and haul the wing again. Pay attention to a constant foil ride (level above the water and radius).
