Cossi Wing Cup 2026

1. Open Wingfoil Regatta Leipzig and Duotone Testival

On May 9 and 10, a wing foil regatta organized by Surfcenter Leipzig will take place on Lake Cospuden near Leipzig. There are no equipment restrictions, and anyone can participate - the King, Queen, Prince, and Princess will be crowned.

The competition will feature adult and U19 categories. The courses are kept simple so that even riders with no regatta experience can participate. You should be able to wing foil confidently, meaning you should be able to stay upwind and perform maneuvers. Weather permitting, the Cossi Wing Cup 2026 will take place on May 9; May 10 is a rain date for the regatta.

At the same time, Duotone is hosting a testival this weekend featuring wing foil and pump foil equipment. The Surfcenter Leipzig is offering day passes for the test event (test fee for 1 or 2 days: 20 or 35 euros, respectively). Visitors who do not wish to test the equipment and are there to watch the regatta may enter the grounds free of charge.
