New for 2026: F-ONE Titan 2 Foil Connection

F-ONE Titan 2

New mast-fuselage connection in 2026

Starting with the 2026 model year, F-ONE will be using a new connection between the mast and the fuselage. “Titan 2” (T2 for short) is the name of the significantly redesigned design, which is now secured with two M8 screws instead of the previous three M6 screws.

In the new design, the mast is recessed much deeper into the fuselage and resembles Powerbox and Tuttlebox fins used in windsurfing.

The new foil connection, which features a larger contact surface, is designed to ensure more stable and direct power transfer and will be available starting in late February.

However, this also means that existing carbon foils are no longer compatible with the 2026 models. Monobloc tails can still be used, but older carbon masts and front wings no longer fit the new components (adapters are not an option for carbon foils).

With aluminum masts, however, the adapter at the end of the mast can be replaced, allowing existing T1 masts to be used with the new T2 front wings or planes.

Anyone planning to purchase F-ONE foils or new front wing models should switch to the Titan 2. For foilers who are sticking with the T1 Connection for now, there are likely to be plenty of deals on the outgoing models in the near future, allowing them to expand their foil setup affordably with front wings that have already performed quite well.
