Wing foil training trips and learnivals in Soma Bay and on Boa Vista

The Surfcenter Leipzig is based at Lake Cospuden, south of Leipzig in Germany, but also offers training courses abroad. Soma Bay (Egypt) and Boa Vista (Cape Verde) are the two locations where wing foil coaching sessions are offered under perfect conditions.

There are still four dates scheduled for wing foil training trips and learnivals abroad this winter season: three sessions of 5 or 10 coaching days in late November in Soma Bay, followed by a wave learnival on Boa Vista in the first half of March.

A maximum of 9 spots are available to keep the group small and ensure an intensive learning experience. Travel Services: Surfcenter Leipzig provides coaching and assists with travel planning; flights and accommodations are not included.

Each day, there are about two hours of group training with radio coaching and video analysis. The focus is on personal goals - from safe foiling to more challenging maneuvers. Everyone receives the support they actually need; direct coaching via radio is particularly helpful here, as the guidance is provided virtually in real time.

Downwind rides, pump foiling, yoga, snorkeling, group dinners, and time on the beach are just as much a part of the experience as the training sessions.
