Description

A donkey kick is a tweaked jump in wing foiling, where you tweak the board with the tail to the wind and the nose to leeward.

The bottom of the board points exactly in the direction of flight with the foil ahead and the leeward rail towards the water.

To do this, the board is actively pulled up in front of the body when jumping and the hips are turned to the leeward side. The front leg is stretched, the back leg is bent towards the buttocks.
