Special characteristics
Wing flagging is the term used to describe one handed riding with the wing when it drifts to leeward of the body. The wing is held with one hand at the leading edge handle.
You use this position when riding waves, as the power usually comes from the wave. The wing should hover as neutrally as possible.
You can also practise this without waves, but you have to pump the foil to keep going.
