This is how the switch stance duck jibe works when wing foiling. This jibe is initiated in switch stance, after the 180 degree turn you are standing on the board in normal stance again.
When changing the grip on the wing, the front hand grips the back handle first, then the other hand grips the front handle.
This variation of the duck jibe is also called the ’toe to heel duck jibe’ or ’duck jibe out of switch’.
