Special characteristics
Letting the wing fly only on the leash is called walk the dog. For beginners, this can happen unintentionally if you stumble when changing your grip and miss the handle of the wing.
Walk the dog also works as a trick: simply drag the wing on the leash like a kite while foiling and then pull it back in again. Normally, the wing floats neutrally in the air, carried by the airstream.
