Vayu Aura V5
Deeper profile, radial layout at the tips, includes Click Boom V2 & optionally available with a pistol-grip boom
Exactly one year after the release of the V4, Vayu is launching the Aura V5. A deeper profile for more low-end power is the biggest change compared to its predecessor. A look at the canopy also reveals that the fabric panels at the wing tips are now arranged radially to better absorb the forces at play.
The front section of the strut now offers more space for gripping. Also included as standard: the metal-reinforced “Click Boom V2,” which fits all wing sizes.
New to the lineup is a pistol-grip boom, which provides even more space at the front grip position and allows you to hold the wing by the front of the grip.
10 sizes ranging from 2.0 to 6.5 square meters, plus two new light-wind wings with a 3-strut design in 7.0 and 7.5 m2, will be available later this week. The color combinations for the V5 version: Aqua Blue and Hot Orange. Price range, including leash and V2 Click Boom: 1,049 to 1,319 euros (1,459 and 1,599 for the two light-wind wings).
