The downwind 360

The 360 performed in leeward direction can be called a carving 360 or a downwind 360. The speed built up before the 360 is usually enough to complete the trick entirely in foil mode.

At the start of the maneuver, the wing is laid flat as in a race jibe; in the second section, it’s guided as in a backwind tack. This allows you to get through the 360 smoothly and, ideally, continue foiling without having to pump.
