Wing foil camp in Cape Town

In 2026, Flo Jung will once again be offering a Flow Experience Camp, which provides technical coaching in a small group. The training week’s on-water sessions will take place at moderate wave spots around Cape Town.

The wing camp is scheduled for December 4–11, 2026, and is designed for a maximum of 8 participants. Focus: wave control, new moves, and downwind sessions for intermediate and advanced wing foilers, including video instruction and safety training. Price for this course: 1,250 euros (excluding flights, accommodation, meals, and transportation).

In addition to this offer for wingfoilers, Flo and Nick Spangenberg are offering six other sessions for windsurfers.
