New HY-Foils from GUNSAILS
HY-Foil Nexus in four sizes ranging from 800 to 1,300 cm²
GUNSAILS is expanding its foil lineup with four new medium-aspect models featuring front wing areas of 800, 950, 1100 and 1300 cm2, available in carbon and aluminum. With this expansion, the direct manufacturer now covers the most common sizes for advanced and ambitious wing foilers.
The price of the “HY-Foil Nexus” carbon foils is particularly attractive, ranging from 1,499 to 1,589 euros depending on size. The aluminum version is even more affordable, priced between 954 and 1,049 euros.
The mast length is 85 centimeters across all models, and the fuselage (length: 65 cm; 70 cm for the 1300 model) is made of aluminum in all versions and is equipped with a replaceable sacrificial anode to protect against galvanic corrosion. Back wings are available to match the front wing in sizes 200, 244 or 310 cm2.
The “HY-Foil Wing” series, which has been available for some time and features front wings in sizes of 1000, 1300, 1600 and 2000 cm2, is now available with carbon masts. This series also features a sacrificial anode inside the aluminum fuselage. Prices for the HY-Foil Wing models: The carbon foils cost 1,479 to 1,549 euros, while the aluminum version is available for 975 to 1,029 euros.
